| Jon Glynn is 23 years old and a sponsored Chaplin Kawasaki Quad rider from Oakham, MA.Jon tells us a little about himself ~“I work building sub-divisions for C&S Builders out of Rutland, MA. I have my own home improvement company. I’ve been racing for 5 years now starting in 2003 in the NEATV 250 Novice class and won every race except my first one which I led until the last lap and finished second overall. That year I won the 250 Novice Championship and got 8th in open Novie only doing 3 races.In 2004 I moved up to 250 expert and 250 pro-am. I had the points lead up until the Southwick National when I passed for first in the expert class and got taken out and broke my ankle taking me out for almost the rest of the season, finishing 3rd overall in the 250 a class. Also in 2004 I went to Glen Helen and Gatorback Racing in the 250 expert class with 6th and 10th place finishes. When I broke my ankle at Southwick I lost my sponsorship and I kinda backed out for a few years. In 2005 I only did 3 NEATV races I believe on a stock YFZ and was leading the production a class in points until I blew crank bearings and couldnt afford to keep racing that season. In 2006 I took most of the season off because of financial reasons and raced a few NEATV races aboard a YFZ in the pro class. First race back at Middleboro I had bad holeshots but was able to make my way up to 3rd until on the last lap when my grip fell off and I went through a berm and stalled. I also raced the Unadilla National in the pro class and missed qualifying in a complete mud race by 1 position. For 2007 I raced the Rock Maple Racing series racing 5 or 6 races and almost won the championship coming down to the last race. I ended up finishing 3rd overall for the year in pro and 5th in pro am (missing 3 or 4 races). For this season I’m racing the NEATV series in pro and pro am classes, select ATVA MX nationals in the pro am class and select rock maple racing races in the pro and pro am classes on my Chaplin Kawasaki KFX450. So far this year I finished 3rd in pro and 3rd in pro am at the first rock maple race at Hemonds MX pulling 3 out of 4 holeshots. Next race is at Jolly Rogers this coming weekend.~ Thanks Jon!
