BBR Motorsports has put together a complete frame and swingarm kit that will satisfy even the most avid rider. Update your 1970's style rear suspension to the state-of-the-art BBR Adjustable SuperComp Rear Suspension Kit. Unique BBR engineering with three (3) interchangeable "leverage-blocks" (soft, medium, stiff). Each leverage-block allows for a full range of rear suspension capabilities by controlling shock leverage ratios, giving the rider total control of rear suspension set-up for weight, ability, preference and track conditions. Once the chosen leverage-block is installed, the rider can adjust the shock for ultra-fine tuning. Just check out some of these features:
Frame: · 6061 aluminum frame (100% designed, tested, machined, welded, and heat-treated in the USA) 1" longer than stock.
· 6061 aluminum swingarm. (3" longer than stock)
· Frame includes integrated footpeg mounts and lower motor mount. The motor is no longer used as a stress member of the frame!
· High quality Elka shock with adjustable rebound, compression, and preload. This shock is a work of art! Custom built specifically for BBR, it is fully rebuildable, and uses standard size valving shims. The giant shaft is 16mm with a custom wound spring.
· 8" of rear wheel travel.
· Single piece subframe loop. (removable subframe)
· Every bracket CNC machined.
· Includes MSO paperwork for easy registration and resale.
· Headset races preinstalled for easy assembly.
· Uses stock KLX/DR-Z110 rear axle, and chain adjusters (plus all the other KLX/DR-Z110 components.
